Cancellation Policy

**Effective April 1, 2026

At PraisePrints, we strive to process and prepare orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

Orders must be canceled within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase for a refund. After this period, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

All orders require 5–7 business days for production before shipping. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

All custom or personalized items require a 40% nonrefundable deposit at the time of purchase.

• This deposit is nonrefundable, but can be refunded at owner's discretion. 
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

Orders that have already been produced or shipped cannot be canceled. If eligible, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please contact us with the following details:

• Order number
• Name used for the order
• Email address used at checkout

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
