Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on eligible clothing items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must be free of stains, odors (including perfume), and damage
• Proof of purchase is required via invoice or receipt 

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hats)
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards

We currently do not offer direct exchanges on customized items. If the item is a design produced by our brand we will happily offer an exchange. 

If you need a different size or item:

1. Return your original item unworn, unwashed, and in original condition via shipping or pick up. 
2. Place a new order for the desired item

Refunds are made up to the owners discretion. Please refer to our cancellation policy regarding refunds. Please contact us via email at info@praiseprints.com for any questions and to initiate a refund. 

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item

We will make it right by offering a replacement or full refund.
